Distributors of EEE

Distributor is according to the Waste Act a natural or legal person who make delivery an EEE to end-users. 

Basic obligations of distributors: 

• ensure take-back of WEEE free of charge on a one-to-one basis at places where supplying new products
  
  
• handing returned WEEE over to a competent person (producer, compliance scheme or their collection or treatment partners)
  
  
• meet obligations of a producer if they buy EEE from a non-registered producer.
