Dear Business Parter,

We hereby notify you of a change pursuant to Article III points 3.1.6 and 3.6 and Article XIX point 19.1.1 of the Agreement on Performance of Specified Obligations in Part B. – Statement of producer of electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market in the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as “B. Statement”), which regulates the scope, form and structure of the data provided.

The new B. Statement will take effect on 01. 01. 2026, replacing the current B. Statement and thus the scope, form and structure of data provision, and will become part of the Agreement on Performance of Specified Obligations as a new wording.

Current scope, form and structure of data provision  – B. Statement will be valid until 31.12. 2025.

The change to the B. Statement effective from 01.01. 2026, will be reflected for the first time in the statement  for the 1Q 2026.

The statement templates referred to in Article III point 3.1.6 are published electronically on the website www.en.asekol.sk in section clients documents.
