The Slovak Environmental Inspectorate (SIŽP) conducted an inspection of ASEKOL SK´s compliance with selected obligations of producer responsibility organisations for packaging and non-packaging products during the period from 1 January 2019 to 21 September 2021 under Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste in relation to other generally binding legal regulations in the area of waste management.

We are pleased to announce that, with its Inspection Termination Notification of 21 July 2022, SIŽP confirmed ASEKOL SK’s full compliance with the inspected obligations throughout the period of authorized operation of a producer responsibility organisation for packaging and non-packaging products on the market, and thus demonstrated proper financing, operation and maintenance of a functional system of combined management of a specified waste stream.

The result of the inspection proves that, even during turbulent times,  ASEKOL SK has been a trustworthy, stable and reliable partner for producers of specified products, its partners, as well as for hundreds of Slovak towns and municipalities since 2010.
